Nebraska's Democratic Cowboy

For my money, Scott Kleeb gets it. He's running to replace retiring Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel, and he's talking about the kind of change Americans need in terms we can understand. Interestingly, you have to look really really hard at his Web site to determine he is, in fact, a Democrat. He's more of an Independent, fiscal conservative type, but he is a D. Right now, though, party affiliation is indeed less important than issues, and he seems to be up on those.
